When working with Designs by Edwina craftsmen, you can count on the utmost professionalism and respect towards you and your project. We know how important it is for you to understand what your project will include from start to finish. Our process is easy to follow and here’s what you can expect when working with us:
Creative Director, Edwina Manzanares, begins each project with a design consultation to carefully learn your goals and offer specific recommendations. Whether you have a clear design vision or are seeking a professional’s perspective, Edwina will be there to listen and offer guidance. Edwina also welcomes the opportunity to work with your interior designer or contractor.
At the end of your consultation, we will have all the information we need to prepare a detailed estimate. Because we pride ourselves on offering affordable elegance, our prices reflect our goal to deliver quality work at a reasonable price.
Once you accept our work estimate, together we’ll sign a service contract. Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon execution, with the remainder due at completion. Your service contract also includes a 1-year warranty.
We’ll plan the project to fit your schedule and timelines as best as possible. Most projects take an average of 10-13 working days to complete, with minimal disruption and quick results.
Your satisfaction with our work is extremely important to us. Before we leave, we do a walkthrough of all work completed. At this time you are invited to voice any concerns which we will address promptly. We’ll also recommend cleaning and maintenance tip for all of your newly refinished or painted interiors, and will provide a complimentary touch-up kit.
All Designs by Edwina work comes with a 1-year warranty, covering labor and materials.
